Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Ready to ship yarn will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order date.  Dye to order yarn takes up to 8 weeks to ship (up to 12 weeks for Cellular and Pima DK bases).

Shipping is via USPS, either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and customer preference.

Once your package leaves Seismic HQ, we are not responsible for it.  You should receive a tracking number when your order ships and can keep an eye on its location that way.  If your package is missing, please contact USPS for assistance.

International shipping does not include duty or VAT and you may be charged by your own government.  The customs form will report the full and true value of items contained in the parcel. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. 

If you need to return or exchange items ordered, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt and returned items must be received within 30 days.  Your purchase price will be refunded minus any discounts, shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for return, the yarn must be unused, in its original skein, and not be exposed to smoke or pet fur or dander. Caked yarn (by you or us) is not eligible for return.  Unfortunately, dye to order yarn is not eligible for return.
